    Great!

This book works as a stand alone and also as apart of a The Last Hunter series, It was really fun being able to read the other side of Last Hunter and really interesting. I think it was very cleverly done. As always the characters are well written and putting it down was tough.

    Badly vailed religious propaganda

The author is using this book to spread religious values just like Michel Chriton used one of his books to promote his climate change denile view

    Antarktos!!!

Antarktos Rising sets the stage for an epic good time. When the poles shift and Antarctica becomes a lush paradise, the world's remnants race to claim it as their own. It is not vacant, however... I really like this book, but back when I first read it, not quite as much. It felt unfinished in many ways. It was a complete story ripe with action and mayhem and dinosaurs and gigantic foes- more than a match for humanity's dwindling attempt at staking a claim in the new Antarktos. But too vague, it just didn't seem like the whole story. Apparently, Jeremy Robinson thought so as well. He expanded, and finished the story in Antarktos Rising, with the series/story, "The Last Hunter". It comes in novellas and a very fancy Collected Edition, which has artwork and a short story and an interview. The Last Hunter is the epitome of epic to me. I recommend reading Antarktos Rising after book 2: Pursuit- it fits right in, but reading it before The Last Hunter works, too. But Antarktos Rising is the core of it all and you won't go wrong with it by itself. Even though I wasn't as happy with it then as I am since the Last Hunter came out, I still would have given it 4.5. It's darn good on it's own. Because of The Last Hunter, it gets a 5. Check them out!

    A real fantastic read

Robinson has a gift of taking facts from history or stories from the Bible and creating a sensational and mysterious read out of them. I started reading this book on a Sunday afternoon and could not put it down until I was finished. The story just kept pulling me further and further in, with all its twists and turns the ending was a real surprise.
