    Area of Influence

Heee'ssss Baaaack. Yes, Lance Aka Thor and many more nicknames is back again. He doesn't remember his history with the Ops. He is now changed, controlled by an evil he can't escape. Or can he? Rescuing a woman who calls to him, he has, even more, reason to leave. When he left the ops team so many books ago, it was as a hero. Now we see him again. Will he return to his team? Can he get by his past to a new future? The Fang Gang just happens to be in the area to take care of some bad guys. Blaise is the smart-mouthed guy who drives everyone crazy. If he wasn't already a vampire one of the guys would be sure to carry one of the many death threats they throw his way. Well deserved threats. I love the banter among these guys. Emi isn't your normal woman who talks to....better let you read this. Let's just say she'll fit right in with the guys. She's loved by the people of New Orleans. But has reasons not to get too close. Will that danger keep Lance away? Not likely. As expected in a Mandy Roth Ops book, there are hot guys, banter, and threats, special strong women, and plenty of steam. The only problem with the book were those two nasty words. THE END. I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader copy and I have not been compensated in any way.

    Saving and being saved

Lance Toov, A once proud Alpha male panther shifter, and past IOPs team member, got shot saving the life of a team members mate. All thought him dead. But somehow Master Vampire Pierre brought him back to life as a vampire. Now given the name of Thor by his Master, “Lance” remembers nothing from his past life. Living in servitude to the Master Vampire. Thor has also been told that, if Pierre died or if he didn’t keep ingesting Pierre’s blood, he would grow weak and die. Sent on a mission to New Orleans brings him face to face with Ops team members that knew him in his past as Lance. It also brings him to meet a feisty woman that can see dead people. And the attraction is too hard to resist. Awesome story that is well written and self-contained yet part of the Ops series. I highly recommend this book.

    I love it

Thor had been taken and changed. His new master/maker? Pierre molyneux. Thor was a weapon and a reborn vampire but he had been much more if only he could remember he was Lance. Now he is sent on a mission to kill someone in new orleans. Emi (Emanaia Zaharie) has lived in the french quarter of new orleans for 8 years. She has powerful gifts but she has been taught never to remain in one place to long because darkness will find her. Still orleans has become home. The there if a team of crimson ops sent to new orleans as well. Your going to live them! Oh wow I love the action and comedy in this story it's also runs in the whole series too. The way the team members interact it fantastic. I love the characters. It's really a super fun read. Don't miss it Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

    I-Ops Book 8

Mandy Roth - Area of Influence (Immortal Ops Book 8) Area of Influence is a great addition to the Immortal Ops Series. I was so sad when Lance died in Book 1, and now he's returned hunker and deadlier than ever, not only still a Shifter but also a vampire who's master has renamed him a Thor (the evil control freak likes to name his "pets" after mythological characters). Not only has he been sired but Pierre, his master has wiped his memory clean and there is not recall of his former I-Ops life. The heroine, semi, is also a bit "more" than human but isn't exactly sure what that is. Her deceased uncle who raised her helped her deal, with some of her powers, including thatbos seeing ghosts. Tired of running away from some evil forces that have followed her and killer her family, Emi settles down in New Orleans. Living with a mostly fun group of ghosts in an abandoned building, Empi has carved out a life reading tarot cards, ridding homes of evil spirits and ghosts, and enjoying her many friends. She's a sassy, independent, extremely empathetic (can read people when she touches them), and sympathetic woman. Emi's life changes forever when she runs into Thor on the street and can't stop staring or wanting to touch him. Thor, out on a mission, "senses" Emi and there is instant knowledge they are "mates ". This adventure then takes off through the wonderful background of NOLO. Filled with suspense, danger, excitement, there is also a major amount of hilarity provided by the "Fang Gang" who happen to be in the same town. Through the LOL moments there are of course some awesome sexy romance scenes as the new Mates discover and protect one another. A great page turning book, can be read as a stand alone but is much more enjoyable in order.
