  • Destiny and Nix

Ascension Saga :8 (Interstellar Brides; Ascension Saga) - Grace Goodwin The 8th installment In The Ascension Saga continues with Destiny’s Story. This is the middle of her story as she finds herself mated to an overly alpha warrior, Nix. Determined to save her mom and sisters she is a one woman army. This doesn’t sit well with Nix who is determined to protect Destiny in their quest to restore the Alaren royalty to Queen Celine (the princesses mom). The overall storyline continues to ramp up as we get closer to the last book in the saga. As with the other books, there is a cliffhanger ending but with the last book soon to be released , there is bound to be an exciting climax and thrilling ending.

  • Cliffhanger leaving you wanting more!

My immediate reaction at the end of this part was No! No! No! I cannot end here! I want more! This part, the middle part has action and humour and drama and a seriously good cliffhanger leaving you wanting to know how it all ends!!! A really good tale and well worth the read BUT have book 9 handy when you do, if you can, that is! Loving this series!! Kudos to Grace for a great tale! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • hot! hot! hot!

Wow, the heat level is off the charts between Nix and Destiny in this 2nd part of their story! But they do still have a bit of tension in their relationship as they are both strong willed people still figuring out how they are going to live together without going crazy. We continue to travel down the rabbit hole with Queen Celene as the potential masterminds behind her kidnapping and captivity keep dropping, lol. There’s also some more action, added suspense and of course a bit of a cliffhanger related to Destiny and Nix, so I definitely can’t wait to read the next book and probable conclusion to this series!

  • I can hardly wait to read the end!!!

I can hardly wait to get the last volume of this trilogy & series!! It is so close to finding out how everything ends & hopefully getting Queen Celene back on the throne. There are so many threads to tie up and I can't wait to see how they come together:). I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Destiny!!

***warning*** As with Trinity's and Faith's stories - this is the middle part of Destiny's story and ends in a major cliffhanger I truly love how much trouble Destiny is giving Nix! Destiny is a freakin' kick-ass, trouble finding, problem solving (in a physical way), firecracker that is not willing to put up with men's sh*t. Nix is all about protecting Destiny and keeping her out of trouble and danger (hence - the men's sh*t). I love that Nix finds out the hard way that Destiny is going to stop at nothing to find her mom and save her sisters and the Aleran people. Only one more segment to go! There are still so many unanswered questions and the queen is still missing. February is so far away! Even though I love the series - grab Trinity (books 1-3) and Faith (books 4-6) but unless you want the agony of the cliffhanger, hold out until book 9 comes out for Destiny's complete story. I am impatient and hate segmented reads but there are less than a handful of authors I will willing read a serial and Grace Goodwin is definitely on that list.

    Thanks for your feedback!
