    Auschwitz #34207

This is an enthralling memoir based on the actual experiences of Joe Rubinsteinduring WW II when he was a captive at Auschwitz as a young man. Joe demonstrates and inspires the reader with his wisdom and his desire to survive. He is the essence of goodness, kindness, thoughtfulness and intelligence, despite his terrible experiences in the camps and the awful knowledge that his family including his twin brother did not survive. Joe is a ripe old age now, and he still has his wonderful attitude, his faith. He is an inspiration. I highly recommend this book to all readers.
