    Thanks for your feedback!

    Fantastic

This is one of the first pieces of Buddhist literature that I've read, but I'm brimming with enthusiasm for the messages in this book. Not only is it quite accessible to a layman, it's also relatable in a way that I didn't expect. The author's personal reflections coincide aptly with the teachings throughout, and as the pages flew by me I felt a vicarious attachment to the narrator of this piece of non-fiction. Great read, I highly recommend it.

    Thanks for your feedback!

Very well written, a good read.

Lama Surya Das writes about the Buddha practices, Four Noble Truths to the Eightfold Path to Meditation. He gives insights to his personal experiences making it more relate-able to our everyday lives and how we can find our path to enlightenment. Very well written, a good read.
