  • Enjoyable

I'm enjoying this wonderful series by Janice Maynard, Silver Glen. Dylan & Mia's story is sweet & spicy. New mom Mia down on her luck decides to go back home, to lick her wounds of the loss of her research project & job. A sudden desire to see how Dylan turned out has her sitting in his saloon drinking(virgin drinks). They were quiet friends in high school as she a genius tutored Dylan in English because of his dyslexia. Dylan offers her a temporary job & lodging until she can find a new job in her field, but a fire takes all that away. Dylan offers her lodging at his home until they can get the saloon back up & running or she finds a new job. What neither expect is to actually fall for the other but stubbornness & pride on Dylan's part & pain & hurt on Mia's puts them on a totally different track. Now Dylan has to fight for the family he never realized he wanted & a surprise is coming his way as well. Definitely recommend.

  • Great read!

Two high school classmates reunite. Things have changed a lot since then, or have they? Despite misunderstandings and old baggage our couple does reach a HEA. I really enjoy this series!
