    Awesome!

Awesome read. This one had me hooked from the beginning and was completely entertaining. Cherry Ryan just wants to keep her head down and work on getting the community center up and running. After a humiliating stunt on a reality tv show, she's just trying to get through one day at a time. When she finds herself on the auction block at a fundraising event she can't believe it. When she finds out her "date", Jason Valentine, is a contractor wanting the bid on the community center she feels used all over again. But it seems Jason wants more than just the contract and is willing to do what it takes! This one is very well written with a great pace to the story and some wonderful characters. I definitely recommend this one!

The reality of love and life

A funny and heart-warming book about the reality of reality stars. Cherry's stint in the limelight left her heartbroken but didn't break her spirit. All she wants to do now is lay low and give back to the community centre that was so vitally essential to her sanity in her early years. Jason is from the wrong side of the tracks and has worked hard to rid himself of the label he's carried all his life. Getting the contract for the renovation of the community centre will help immensely towards establishing his company's reputation. Both these characters have had a hard life in some way or the other but where Cherry is optimistic Jason is wary and surly, but together they seem to complement each other. Trusting each other is another issue altogether and that causes a few problems. Giving each other a chance to prove themselves is what this book is all about. Very Good Story

I read this as a read for review ARC. It was a very good. It was funny, sad and heartwarming. I especially loved the grandparents of Cherry, they were funny with their Viagra and erotic novels. Jason and Cherry were both strong characters. Would definitely recommend to read. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series Gail Chianese is a fun writer to read.
