  • Becoming a better you

    “This is a book about you and what you want”, this is a quote from the book and it is so true. The author sets you up with questions and tips on how to become a better you. You also get a free journal with the book so you can write down your thoughts and answer the questions. You will re-access your life choices, are they the right ones for you? I liked the line “How much time do you have, don’t put things off”. This book is not just for the young it is for anyone, young or old. What is the one thing you always wanted to do? Why are you putting it off? Mine is drawing, I always wanted to learn to draw and I finally went out and got a book on how to draw, an artist sketch book and pencils. I plan to work an hour or two every day until I learn. After each chapter Mel Jolly gives you a recap and a take action portion to help you take in each chapter. I really enjoyed working through each chapter and figuring out what I would like to do. I would recommend this to everyone.
