    Thanks for your feedback!

    Excellent quick read.

Great read with history lessons on the American Civil War as clues. Always enjoy the relationship with these well trained dogs. Good pace and suspense.

    Before it's too Late

I enjoyed reading this book, more for the inclusion of dogs than anything else. But the storyline was appealing, suspenseful, and frightening; I admit that I like to read a book where the female lead character can actually defend herself and kiss the butt of the villain. Hawk is outstanding as a search and rescue dog; I really enjoyed reading the details of the role of dog and handler and for those of you, who like myself will not watch a movie, TV series, or read a book if a doggo dies, you will be happy to learn that "no animals were harmed in the writing of the book" so just be warned Ms Driscoll. I will not buy your books if you kill off any of our K9 friends.

I don't Want to Look Like That

Follow the Rules and let death win!! This is the choice Special FBI Agent Meg Jennings has to make. Her passion is her job as is her K-9 partner Hawk. Major good book with puzzles to solve and crimes that have their core in Civil War History. The mastermind criminal is making his goal to kill Meg over and over by targeting look alike victims. Sequels are usually not as fine as the original but Driscoll has broken that mold. In depth characters along with complex twists make this a fantastic read. Can't wait to see what happens in #3. No cliff hangers and could be read as a stand-alone. "A copy of this book was provided by Kensington books via Netgalley with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read and my comments here are my honest opinion."
