    LOVED IT!

I loved how this book was written from the perspective of the robot. I was hooked from the beginning - can't wait for the sequel!

    Remembrance of Things Future

This is a wonderfully and lovingly written novel that resonates in so many different parts of the heart and mind. You will feel the distance between yourself and the main characters growing ever smaller thanks to a gripping story, and you will rediscover so many sensory and emotional milestones that mark the way along the twisting path from machine to human. You will come away with a refreshed perspective on the tiny wonders of even the most ordinary day. This is a sort of “Remembrance of Things Future” that has real relevance to our world and to the technological and emotional changes of the world that await us.

    highly recommended!

A gracefully written, touching story about the evolving relationship between a girl and her cyborg domestic assistant. The characters in Being Human will remain with you long after you’ve finished the book, and as a reader, you are pushed to ponder the bigger questions: what does it mean to be human? What makes us worthy of love? A great read. I look forward to the sequel!
