    Excellent Practical Book on Habit Formation

    Gretchen goes through both personal experience and a TON of research to bring you a comprehensive guide to building habits based on YOUR personality. Do you like buying a lot of things but don't use them? Are you externally or internally motivated? Do you rebel against authority or are you comfortable being given priorities? By starting with self analysis, Gretchen leaves plenty of space for the reader to work on their personal goals without dictating many of the same tired adages like "get up early" (only if you're a Lark and not an Owl) or "make a list" (if you're not a Rebel).
