    Interesting but detailed...

The book overall is an interesting story providing an in-depth insight into scientology and the life of a Scientologist. I did however find I skipped some parts of the book because the level of detail it gave in relation to the day to day life of Jenna was tiresome and unnecessary at times.

    Eye Opening!

I always figured that Scientology belonged in the 'kooky but harmless' category. However, after reading this book, I've learned there's little that's harmless about it. Jenna provides a fascinating insight into a very closed world. I really appreciated that for the most part, she simply stuck to describing her experiences and let the reader draw their own conclusions about the life inside the C of S.

    A different angle

While a bit bogged down with day-to day detail in parts, this is a valuable view in being less about broader policy and more about day-to-day Scientology life than Inside Scientology or Going Clear. Ms. Miscavige Hill's voice as a writer is youthful but her enthusiasm carries the reader along.

    Wow.

I can hardly believe that this story is real. Very eye opening. The writing isn't the greatest, but it was tolerable. I can't believe that people believe this stuff.

I have always found myself curious about Scientology and this book gave me a deeper understanding not only of the religion but of the personal impact is has had on some of its most loyal followers. I couldn't put this book down once I started reading it.
