    Project Wolf-Wolf is a success!

This was a slow start to the story, and I was a little worried for a bit. The characters kept me going though, and when it finally really picked up about 1/2 way through, I was in love with the story. The laughter, the tears, the swooning, the action, and the adventure, all happen, for the most part, in the second part of the book This is Dee Ann, daughter and clone of Eggie, Smith. A fierce warrior, a hardened soldier, simplistic in her approach to life, but complex in her thinking. She has a bit of a sweet side, and that is from her super sweet mother, Darla Mae. Ulrich Van Holtz, Ric, should have had an easier life than Dee, but, life is never what it appears. He takes after his mother, and earned the disdain of his father by being smarter. His extended family sheltered him the best they could, and he has come into the man he is. Leader of the Group, hockey owner and player, and, the love of his existence, cooking in his restaurant, and his home They seem opposite, but they fit. After some straight up flirtation, they finally get together. Wily Wolf that he is, Ric has to work his magic to convince Dee she is his, and he is hers. Lots of fun appearances from couples in previous books (cats anyone??) and a shifter weekend away that is mind bogling in bringing all those species, couples, and personalities together. Also, a mating that is interrupted and had me rolling in laughter While I was a little worried, this is a great addition to the Pride series
