  • Empowering

    Everyone will be able to relate to this book, whether you struggled with weight or not, there’s something in here for everyone. Jasinda is all heart! She shares how she took her health back; she shows with determination and embracing your body every step of the way you too can become a healthier you. The Wilder Way is easy to follow; you eat real food, and no more of the time consuming calorie counting, and measuring food. How simple is that right? The Wilder Way has taught me so much about food, has pushed me when I didn't think I could do it, and has given me confidence and changed my overall health. I always had this I CAN'T do it attitude, and now I have an I CAN do it attitude.
