  • A Boss and his assistant, oh my!

I really wanted to get to Will's story after reading Boss. Will is such grumpy cat. You just know the hero will be so demanding in bed when they are so curt in the office, taking command of all situations. India was a pretty confident woman as well, and her despising Will for his rude, bossy behavior just made their chemistry. What I found very interesting is that Will was confident in the office, but very withdrawn in love. India was very withdrawn in the office but confident in love. It took their differences and one strong willed baby niece to pull them together. Good follow-up romance to Kit and Alex's story.

  • William and India were like oil and water

William is just an unhappy grumpy pain in the backside! I would have served him his morning coffee lap side! India has suffered enough stress working under him. There are plenty of jobs for a woman with her skill where she will not develop ulcers. But we all know how Fate works she has her own plans and usually, they do not match with our own William's world is turned upside down and he finds himself needing India's assistance - Can he get her to agree to help him? Will they survive working together in such close quarters? I have to admit it was fun to watch William come down a peg or two. William and India were like oil and water - Every time they entered the others orbit they just couldn't find a way to coexist. You could feel the tension radiating off the pages. But eventually, they found a common ground I read a comp copy #BigShot #NetGalley
