There's nothing predictable about this book!

This story was slow and it left me wondering at the plot and where it was taking me. It felt like the information was coming out on a static line and you could only make out a few things at a time. It got pretty interesting at the end but I'm still confused as to what's happening. Maybe the second book will make things clearer. I must say that the confusion I felt in the story plot has me intrigued and I want to see where it goes. Trust me... There's nothing predictable about this story! Try it and see what you make of it.

I literally did not want to put the book down

This book was so dense with detail, and plot, and character, and suspense, and everything else that makes for a great read. I hated that my day job kept getting in the way of my reading time - I literally did not want to put the book down and I can't wait to start the next one in the series. I really wanted this to be a 5 star read, and it started out so strong, but I couldn't get past all the name calling in the first half. It felt like every other time Sarah speaks to or about her brother, she takes a pot-shot at Shaun's appearance. I know they're siblings, and that's something that siblings do. And in their own words they care very deeply for one another, but one of the first exchanges we witness between Sarah and Shaun has him asking her to stop with all the mean names - and it doesn't slow down until the second half of the book. In an age where bullying and discrimination are so rampant, this isn't behavior I want to support, even if it's only in my reading material. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

    passion, trust, and adventure

Blood Bound is a high emotion book as Sharon shows you all of the feelings and passion for trust and adventure that demon trackers possess. The Characters are written well and the storyline is not complicated. The book was not left as a cliffhanger, but that there would be more to come. I am ready to read the next book. I received this book in exchange for an honest opinion.
