    Thanks for your feedback!

    Very imaginative series!

This is the second book in the Parallel Society series. I am constantly amazed at how well-written Mr. Jaffe’s books are and this book was no exception. I really like the characters, and I really like that I am still on the fence about Roni’s grandmother. She’s a complex character, and Mr. Jaffe is excellent at character development. Along with great characters, this book had a very intriguing plot, one I found interesting enough that I hope we revisit it at some later point. Yes, the plot was resolved at the end, but I liked the world we visited. Added to that, Roni’s father was thrown into the mix in a new way, and I can’t wait to see how that will unfold. Added to plenty of action, and some great developments, this book was hard to put down, and I can’t wait to see what Mr. Jaffe has in store for us next! Highly recommend! Thanks to the author for the e-copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

Forming a new gang from the old

Roni has been an official member of the Parallel Society for a year now, and she's.... bored... While she has access to all the society's books and adventures as she tried to get some order to the library, there haven't been any adventures which makes Roni feel like she's not even a real member. When she is approached and asked to help someone that is trying to get to their own dimension with the promise that by helping, Roni can also get help with her lost memories. Of course, she can't pass up this opportunity, which leads to all sorts of adventures, and the forming of the "new gang" We get to learn some of everyone's backstories in this story, just enough, that we want even more. It will be interesting to see how the "new gang" is able to work together both while doing society business, and in the real world. I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
