  • Break it Down!

If I could rate this book a ten I would! It is fantastic! The story starts off very tragically and it is an emotional journey but one that I could not put down. This story had my in tears one minute and the next I was laughing out loud. It definitely pulls on your heartstrings but you cannot help cheering the characters on the whole way. "Break it Down" is the fourth story in the "Birch Police Department" series and it is intense. It is a stand alone read with connected characters. The story is about Chloe, Ian and family. Ian and Chloe have been in love with each other since they were kids. They are even engaged that is until she finds out her brother, Kevin, has died. Now with Kevin's help they have to help her put the pieces of her life back together again. This story is very addicting with angst, humor, family, death, danger, suspense, passion, love, kidnapping and really good twists and turns. I loved every minute of this story. I am very much looking forward to Logan and Teri's story and hope it does not stop with theirs.

  • Sweet!

Emotional and angsty but so good. Ian and Chloe have a hard road head of them with the loss of her brother but I loved how Ian just kept pushing and didn't let her get away. There is a twist at the end that left me reeling and I can't get this story out of my head.

  • Couldn't put it down

The author has given us a very emotional story that pulls us into the lives of Ian and Chloe and does not let go. The story begins with a funeral and keeps you turning the pages, hoping these people can come to terms with the death and continue to live their best lives. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Recovering from devastation

This was a really good story. A large portion of it is Chloe dealing with her tremendous loss, not in a good way at the start, but she gets better at it. Ian and all of their friends help her the best they can. The kids are absolutely the best part of the book. I now want all of Logan’s secrets. I received a free copy of this book.

I love many of the books written by the author as they have great storyline and perfect mixture of steam and emotions, the book doesn't strech unnecessarily. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
