  • The Best Novel I've Read This Year

When an architect leaves her job in Charleston, South Carolina and become a nanny to a charming little girl, she becomes attracted to her boss. This contemporary romance takes place on a super yacht on the Mediterranean Sea. I can't get over how brilliant Tasha Boyd's storytelling is. Through close attention to detail, we are instantly drawn into the setting and the plot. And quickly befriend the principle characters. They are so believable and relatable. The love relationship is filled with missteps and gut-wrenching setbacks. But love persists. The best novel I've read this year.

  • Magnifique! Must-Read!

I rarely write reviews, but I just finished this book, and it is easily one of the best I’ve read in a very long time - smart, well-written, engrossing, hot!!, and deep - with all the feels! I even learned some French! It kept my rapt attention without making me crazy; it had the right mash-up of reality and fairy tale every good romance novel should have! Excellent livre! I can’t wait to read more of Boyd’s books!

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Broken French

Josie has just quit her job. Her roommate needs a nanny ASAP for one of her clients in France and talks Josie into taking the job. Cruising the Mediterranean taking care of a young child is the perfect getaway but she wasn’t prepared for the disturbing presence of the father. Really good read.
