    A truly romantic story

When love has to bridge worlds separated by different world views, as between the amish and "modern society", it can easily happen, that the author isn't able to pull it off realistically. Thankfully in this book the author tried to paint a realistic picture and delivered a believable plot, one that touches your heart strings. I felt for the characters and was really spellbound. If you can't guess, yet, I really loved this book!

    Good read

Interesting, and avoided falling into too many clichés. All in all a great book. I couldn't put it down.

    Teen writing

I really wanted to love this book, but the writing feels like that of a teenage schoolpaper writer from the very first page. I couldn’t get past the first ten pages. There’s no character development time whatsoever before the main storyline gets thrown in at the third page, which makes it impossible to get aquained with the main character. A more balanced build-up of character and storyline and a good editor would have been no luxury here.
