    The most beautiful writing ever

I didn't think I'd like this book but when I saw that Armie Hammer, whom I've liked in previous movies was going to be in it, I thought I'd check it out while waiting on the movie. This was easily one of the most well written books I've ever read. It's a beautiful, sad, coming of age story about first love. Even if you can't identify initially with the story as it's MM, everyone will relate to the feelings Ezio has as he admires/becomes infatuated with someone from afar.

    Amazing and thought provoking

This was a great book to read. Every chapter made you think about your youth, first love and life. You start think about how ones identity is so interconnected to everything that you are, as you read and finish each chapter. It's a great love story, that ends with the same amount of love found.

    Call me by your name

Beautiful, love everything that is written. I read this novel after watching the film, all beautifully played out and was enchanted by it.

    Glorious.

Beautiful! Rich in detail of two lives thrown together and which will endure long after their lives are lived elsewhere. Blunt and frank at times and yet the whole feeling of beauty persists. A pleasure to read. It’s hard to resist comparing the book with the movie, and while different, one is not better or worse than the other.
