    Thanks for your feedback!

    Splendid. Extravagant. Swoonworthy!

    To keep it short and sweet, this book is THE BEST BOOK in the blueberry lane series. It encases a strong female protagonist who accepts her mistakes and learns from them. A male lead who can be harsh sometimes but supports equality and various other fundamental values of the growth for a society.Above all, this book made me realize again about why I love the blueberry lane series and its remarkable author with every new page, and here after reading everyone from Barrett English to Christopher Winslow, I'll be awaiting for the next set of books to release. This is an honest review and I purchased the book myself:)

    Fantastic story line!!!

    4.5 Stars This is the story of Christopher Winslow and Julianne Crow. Their journey is a rough one. She starts out trying to ruin his career, quickly realizes her mistake and tries to make amends. To a politician, his reputation is everything and he has every right to be furious with her. Can you be furious and attracted to someone at the same time? I love all of the Winslow Brothers! Christopher had an extremely stressful time with his feelings for Julianne. I love how strong she is. Her strong sense of right and wrong is impressive and her need to make amends for her wrongs was pretty amazing. She may have done a terrible thing to Christopher but she certainly paid for it many times over. It takes a strong person to stand there and take the verbal punishment he doled out. I can't wait to see what this fantastic author comes up with next. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed is my own.

    Another Dazzling, 5++ Star Triumph

    5++ STARS Campaigning for Christopher is the 4th and final book in Katy Regnery's Winslow Brothers series and is an absolutely dazzling and spectacular addition. The magnetic connection between these two characters is completely alluring which drew me into their world so much so that I finished this book in practically one sitting. I just didn’t want to put it down. Julianne Crow grew up on a reservation in South Dakota always living in a world of doubt and uncertainty, but ultimately decides to relocate to Philadelphia with hopes of making a difference. While waitressing at a wedding, she is preyed upon to do something hurtful to someone she doesn’t truly know. Although Julianne agrees, in the end she is left plagued by second thoughts and doubts when it is too late. Now determined to do the right thing to make amends for the grave mistake she made against Christopher, Jules offers to do anything she can to help repair the damage she has done. But she never anticipates the depth of feelings for Chris that overtake her mind, her heart, and her soul. The youngest of four sons, Christopher Winslow grew up knowing nothing but luxury, with every want he could ever have met. Now grown and determined to make a difference in the political arena to ensure the rights and needs for all are met, Chris is diligently focused on winning a congressional campaign. But when he is drugged by a black-haired beauty with “eyes like the night sky,” everything he has worked so hard for begins to slip from his grasp. So when she suddenly appears at his office offering to do whatever is needed of her to undo the extreme damage she has done, Chris struggles to see beyond the hurt she has caused and the unforgivable harm which ultimately resulted. However, when he reluctantly agrees, their day to day lives suddenly collide and the overwhelming connection between them grows quickly. But will Chris ever be able to let go of a mistrust he feels and accept the love of the most beautiful woman he has even seen and the most captivating woman he has ever met? One of the things that I most loved about this story was the courage and strength that Jules shows us. Although in the beginning Christopher continues to express animosity towards her, Julianne eventually begins to show her inner-strength as she starts to break out of her shell. Realizing that despite the error in judgment and mistakes she made, and the fact he has every right to be angry for what she had done, she is not going to simply be a receptacle for his anger. When they both almost simultaneously come to the realization that they need to let go of the past a bit and work together amicably to get through the situation, they begin to see inside the hearts and the souls of each other. As turned the final page of Campaigning for Christopher, my face was beaming with a smile from ear to ear. I absolutely loved this story and the soulful strength of each of these characters as they both struggled with their doubts and uncertainties and ultimately finding a love that would last a lifetime. I absolutely love that Katy creates such real to life characters, including flaws and errors in judgement, and specifically with Julianne being a plus-sized model. This attention to such great detail brings these characters to life for me leaving me with such a deep connection to them all making them feel as if they are my friends, and they are definitely a part of my life. I am saddened to say goodbye to the Winslow brothers while at the same time anxiously awaiting the Rousseaus. Katy Regnery has an effortless knack for completely drawing me into the world of her characters making me fall in love with them all with each and every new story she tells. And as Katy continues to write stories which bring us such incredible romance and gripping characters, I will continue to read each and every one. I look forward to many, many more.

    Loved this latest in the series!

    This is a really character driven story, and I was fascinated by the portrayal of Julianne. She's a young Indigenous American, already marginalized by society just by her birth and therefore having to struggle for her place in the world even more so than some. She's got a loyal and loving mother (much to her advantage) but no relationship with her father, and a background of growing up on a reservation with all that entails. I really appreciated the details that went into making her character as authentic as possible. She's in the 'big city' now, working as a waitress and a plus sized model, and used to being harassed on the job or on the street. As such she's got a pretty tough skin. But she's still young and somewhat naive and the man who convinces her to perpetrate the devastating events that threaten Chris's campaign takes advantage of this. Remarkably, Julianne is absolutely willing to take responsibility for her mistake and own up to it, showing bravery and courage in the face of what could have been an even more devastating loss - her own freedom if Chris has chosen to press charges. But she's also smart enough to come up with a possible solution too, one that Chris reluctantly agrees to on the advice of his team. But that lack of trust between them, and his lack of faith in Jules being able to make it up to him means a slow start to their romance, as one would expect. Slowly but surely though, her true self shines through in her actions. She's really a caring and friendly and passionate woman, one who made a grievous mistake she is trying hard to fix. Chris's character was equally interesting. He has worked tirelessly on his campaign for Senator, and as a wealthy and privileged young man, he's got the financial means to put on a good race. But more than that, he's got the convictions and determination to be a man of the people. He's got strong plans for those parts of society that need the most help, including the Indigenous Native American tribes of the area. Meeting Julianne is both a curse and a blessing, as the unintended result of her treachery makes them a popular couple in the media and actually gives a boon to his campaign. In fact, Julianne's true heart shows throw in their campaign stops, and he's hard pressed to believe that she could have done what she did to him in the first place. It frustrates him to no end that he feels a sexual attraction to her, as she is a beautiful woman but a deceptive one too. Still his physical attraction to her can't be ignored, and he believes the best solution would be for them to give into the attraction and enjoy their weeks together until the election and the 'break-up' after which they'll go their separate ways. He's able to separate his physical feelings from his emotional ones, as he still doesn't trust her. But Julianne is unable to do this, as she realizes that she's falling for Chris and the good-hearted man that he is. She doesn't expect his forgiveness, but it doesn't stop her from working towards obtaining it. I really loved the two of them together, the obvious difficulties in building trust between them and the slow and steady workings of their hearts binding them together. The other aspects of this story that I really enjoyed were the behind the scenes looks at Chris's political campaign, and the obvious research that went into Julianne's character's background and the current state of Native American affairs in the U.S. Personally, this has been my favourite of the Winslow Brother's series. An interesting, educational and heartwarming read with themes of forgiveness, redemption, and, as always, love. 4.5 stars.

    I Love Katy Regnery

    Campaigning for Christopher by Katy Regnery, is another win for me. Katy does it again...I was glued from beginning to end of book. She is one of the best authors I have ever read. The characters are so well written you feel like they are part of your family or friends. I absolutely loved Christopher and Julianne they had such great chemistry and completely opposite of each other, so they were fun to watch. Through the book I would be mad or smiling. I highly recommend this book, you do not want to miss this one. I was given an ARC of this book by publishers, for my honest review.
