    A good book, with some nice theories.

    I'll be honest, this book isn't life-changing or whatever, but it's good that it doesn't claims to be so. It's just a normal book, with some really great tips that are very simple to grasp and applicable in real life. It made me really happy to find that it's first chapter is based on 'using' anger. I have been a short tempered person throughout my life, and I was tired of people telling me to curb my anger. But this book accurately describes how to use it. So, I gave it an extra star just for that opening chapter. There is one thing I did not like about this book though. At one point, I found that the author was contradicting himself when it came to 'belief'. I am sure many readers will feel the same when they will read it. Anyway, I felt pumped up after finishing it. It is a nice book, and you can go for it.
