  • Ping Pong

Received an ARC at no cost to author..This is the second book in this series, and even though I had not read the first book I was not lost, the author bring you up to date so that you know what is going on. We have a lot of action and suspense and if I was Nikki I would have knocked Pete out since he was like a ping pong ball, back and forth, back and forth, dude make a decision and stick by it. And Nikki, if you felt like he was going to dump you, take a step back and stop jumping in bed with him until you know he wants you..Anyhoo, it kept my interest enough, so onto the next book. Enjoy! netgalley book

  • Possible Impact

Pete has taken on a new case. There're witnesses, including his Chief's assistant. She needs protection and that's his assignment. Nikki didn't know what to expect when she and her gram saw a shooting. They're both in danger. They need protection. Pete's hers. What'll happen?

  • Another great story in the Crossing Forces series!

I really enjoyed the dynamic between Pete and Nikki. I love the interactions with Pete's family and getting to see more of Lee. I really loved all of the police action that happened throughout the story but I really disliked the last plot part, but only because it hurt my heart. It was a great book.
