    Definitely a must read!

I don't know how to express myself right now. This book emotionally drained me, and I'm completely mentally exhausted from it. That ending, I don't know what to say, I screamed literally screamed NO! when just finished it. I don't know what to do with my life right now I feel lost. The stories is amazing, relatable, authentic, incredibly beautiful and heartbreaking. This is definitely a must read. I love the narrator, she did an amazing job with narrating from an African accent and keeping true to the story and the authenticity. I cannot recommend this book enough, despite the fact I am so mad right now, I so need the next book, like yesterday, lol.

    Children of Blood and Bone

The book amazed me, even if the central part was slightly "slow" and confusing. The story is interesting, page after page I found myself immersed in an imaginary world that finds many aspects of the world in which we live. I found the text, on the whole, flowing. In any case, I find it a overrated book. The only "bad" comment I have to do concerns some missing parts about the immaginary society and its mechanisms, it's not all that clear, and some things then become difficult to understand.

    Amazing

This book had me in my emotions! It was like the characters were real. Every twist and turn, this was well written and a real page turner. I finished this book in 2 days and I’m anxious for the next.

    Excellent storytelling.

I was thoroughly immersed in the characters' lives and the world they lived in. Although fictional, I couldn't help thinking about the reality we live in. How we are shaped by our histories, influenced by those around us, and what it takes to stand up and apart for what's right. I was hooked right from the beginning, and can't wait for the next book.
