    Different dimension

This is book 2 of the series, and I guess I should have read the first so that I can further understand the whole scenario or plot that the author wants to impart. Though this is a standalone because of the introduction given in the book, explaining the hows and whys of the plot. I have to commend the author regarding the world building, this books has so much of it, its kinda dragging a bit. More explanation than action which I would have preferred if there is a need to it, but in this case, its a bit redundant, considering there's a first book to be had. Nevertheless I quite enjoyed it. A really good vampire romance. 💞🧛‍♂️💓

Okay... time for a bit of honesty here. I typically *never* read vampire stories because they just creep me out. But... having the read the first book in this series, I was curious to see where this one would go and I was not disappointed! 😍 Moira, Gemma, and Anna have been best friends since they started high school and as a college graduation gift to themselves, they decide to take a trip to Ireland before they move on with their lives. But things never quite work out the way we plan and they certainly don't for these three friends. After landing in a different world, Moira is taken to Valerian, the king of his clan as a gift. But Valerian realizes Moira is meant to be much more than a gift... she is his fated mate. 💕💗🔥💕 As I mentioned, this is the second book in the Alcyran Chronicles but it can easily be read as a standalone. 😉❤️️ I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Worth reading

Book two in the series, it is not necessary to read the first one. This is a creative and original story. Moira is swept away into a strange world and “given” to the king (Valerian) by the men who find her.The internal dialogues of these two characters is a great way to let us get to know them and make sense of their behaviors. I hope there will be a book three about the third friend in the group. Definitely worth the time to read. He is a beast no more

The second book in the Alcyran Chronicles series. This is Moira’s story in this series . After crazy run and search for her girlfriends she was captured and is offered to King Valerian. Talking about shock when he finds out she is his mate. While Moira try to understand her situation as a captive she also start developing feelings for Valerian. He is not longer the Beast she taught he is. Actually he will everything for her. There is a drama, danger, a traitor and great romance. Now ,I’m looking for next girlfriend story. Claimed by the Beast

Moira and her two best friends, Anna and Gemma, had discussed going on a trip after graduating and starting graduate school. Really, Anna had wanted to go to the Bahamas and Gemma wanted to go to Ireland. Moira having always been the 'big girl' of any crowd, especially amongst the three of them, was insecure about her body image thanks to her weight and her mother. She immediately sided with Gemma and so it was decided, Ireland it was for a two week adventure. Their last hoorah as the Three Musketeers before they were separated for the first time in eight years. So off to Ireland they went and that is when the adventure began. Magical beings, vampires, witches, shapeshifting wolves all on a new planet. Anya Summers has given us a magically induced storyline with characters that are so filled with quirks, insecurities and personality it's hard not to fall in love with them. And for the record, I call dibs on King Val <3
