    Avid reader

Several of her most recent books are poorly done....I used to love her books, specifically valdemar,...I am very disappointed

    Have yet to be unimpressed

I always love how Mercedes Lackey will have lots of little developments in a story that all culminate into the plot until the very end when everything is revealed and the main characters can prevail.

The loss of the King's Own

The return to Haven for Mags and Amily brings about a lot of changes that definitely keeps you turning the pages. Romeo and Juliet with a twist and all the intrigue you can want for a Herald spy with the lowest of beginnings. I love reading everything about Mags and his journey from the mine to the Collegium. This book with his first case as it were in Whites leave you wanting more every step of the way!!!

    Closer to Home

Another excellent read, as I would always expect from Misty! It's nice to see old characters again but equally interesting to be involved with new ones. Dare I hope this Herald Spy set will also turn into a multi book tale like The Collegium series? One can but hope.

    Loved it!

Like all Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar series, this one kept me rapt the entire time. Looking forward to the next two books in this particular series.
