  • Smart

What a smart book. I wasnt sure how the 3 main characters would finally link, but when they did, I was very pleasently surprised.

  • A River Runs Through it!

It seemed so much was going wrong. I couldn't see how the three distinct stories happening in different locales and times, could possibly be related aside from the "water" theme. Sarah Leipciger is a good storyteller and pulled it all together at the end. Very satisfying read.

  • Haunting and Tragic

I found this book on the library website, and I am very glad I read it. It's a tragic and almost haunting story (I don't mean ghosts). I loved the way the author was able to keep 4 stories going at once, I never felt lost and was able to make the connection of the stories with no problem. It's a must read if you like a book that has something to it, it was very hard to put down and I just know its a book that will stay with me for a long time.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • IMMERSIVE

Captivating images of fresh and salt water and the affect on the human body. A thoughtful reflection on the delicacy and uncertainty of life.
