    A Fantastic series

Amazing! This is the final book in the trilogy of Emerson's Story. The Creepy Holliw series is made up of three trilogies: Violet’s story is first, Calla’s story starts about 10 years after Violet’s, and Emerson’s takes place about 16 years after Calla’s ends. The characters are connected, but I won’t spoil any details by telling how. Rachel Morgan has created an incredibly distinct Fae Realm, unique to anything I have read before. Although the Seelie and Unseelie Courts play a role, The Guild seems to have a stronger presence. The Guild are the administrative body that governs The Guardians. The Guardians role is to keep law and order in the Fae world while also trying to keep Demons and other nightmares away from the human world. Even the way the Fae live and where the Fae live is so imaginative it adds depth to the story. I have felt totally immersed in the characters and their tales. Rebel Faerie brings the entire series that starts when we meet Violet, finishing her Guardian training at The Guild, and culminating in learning the importance of Emerson to the entire story. It is kind of bittersweet. At this point, it seems the Creepy Hollow story may be complete - nice to know the outcome, but disappointed that there may be no new tales taking place there. Only time, and Rachel Morgan, will tell! If you are reading this review and you haven’t read the previous books, go ... now ... you won’t be disappointed. Most retailers have the first book, Faerie Guardian, for free. I am positive if you like the Fantasy genre, you will enjoy this story. If you have read the all the previous books, Rebel Faerie is a “must read”!
