    Cupcake & murder boxed set

While the stories were just ok the grammer and errors were a real put off. Were the books even proof read? Quite a disappointing read.

    E for effort

This book needs an editor. The story is familiar, the characters stock, the plot un-inspired. The writing style feels dis-jointed, reads poorly. It is set in small town Ontario, but after the first chapter there is no evidence of place.

    Awesome

Loved this series, I love reading cozies like these ones, they allow you to feel like you are part of the town that Dana sweet lives in.

    Boring story and appalling editting

I forced myself to finish the first book in the series thinking that I must be missing something but I don't think that I was. The sentence structure was clunky and the supporting characters had to keep mentioning how the main character was so clever at solving problems because the narrative didn't convey that she had any problem solving ability.
