    Thanks for your feedback!

I highly recommend this collection of short stories. Originally I found out about the collection through George R.R. Martin's novella set in the Song of Ice and Fire universe a few hundred years prior to the start of Game of Thrones. However, even as a rabid GoT fan, it ended up being my least favourite of the stories. Not to say it was bad, but I enjoyed the other stories so much more! I really like that the stories vary in theme and style. Some are sci fi and fantasy, but not all of them by any means. In fact the only thing that they all share (other than a dangerous woman) is exceptional writing. All the stories are written so well and are so easy to read. I was hooked and had a difficult time putting the book down. A standout (for me) - Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell by Brandon Sanderson. A very creative, interesting story that I read in one sitting because I couldn't wait (and suffered some chastisement as a result - well worth it!) Again - all stories very well written and full of suspense, and I recommend it for any reader (not Sci Fi/Fantasy genre specific at all.)

    Something for everyone

These short stories of strong women are as varied as the authors that envisioned them. Something for everyone in this collection
