    Good Start to Series

Days Gone Bad is the first book in the Vesick series. This can be read as a standalone. Will I continue to read future books in the series? Of course I will. There is a lot of graphic violence and gore so don't read if you are sensitive to that. The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat that all of that info here. This story involves necromancers, vampires, Fae, demons, and other supernatural creatures. Damian Vesick and his mentor Zola have their hands full while they try to stop a demon determined to wreck havoc on Earth. Will they succeed or will the demon destroy them and those they care about?

    Not enough.

Days Gone Bad is a fast moving gripping storey that pulled me in and dropped me when it was over. I gave it 3 Stars because the storey is too short and the end of the book should be just the end of the first chapter! The title leads one to believe the storey takes place over several days but in fact it only covers a couple of hours of the day. Eric Asher left me wanting more and I did not feel as if I got the whole storey of these two characters. Maybe Eric Asher has more about these characters planned for another book.

    Good fun

A bit of a romp. I'm going looking for the next installment in the series. I might even pay full price. Do you need to know more?

Some people's days really go bad. .

An enjoyable supernatural romp! Laugh out loud moments interspersed with nail biting tension. Demons, vampires, fairies and a necromancer. What's not to be loved?
