    Rachel Dylan's Deadly Proof

Get ready for a high octane, exciting roller coaster type journey into a tangled web of clues, mystery, murder, deceit, intrigue, secrets, kidnapping and much more suspense!!! The story combines romantic suspense and a well written legal thriller into one that the reader will want to read in one sitting. Kate Sullivan, a trial lawyer has just been chosen as the lead council in a huge case against Mason Pharmaceutical Company regarding their release of dangerous, life threatening drugs. With information from a whistleblower, she is determined to prove their liability. But at what cost????? Landon James is a former Army Ranger who has turned private investigator. He is recommended to Kate to help her investigate the whistleblowers claims. But as danger lurks closer and closer to Kate his job changes to protecting her. These two main characters are two bold, problem solving but flawed persons with hauntings from their past. They are well developed characters sharing undeniable chemistry. They find themselves involved in an unpredictable plot. The story was plotted out flawlessly. There were sub plots within the main plot and lots of twists and turns. A real page turner!!! I volunteered to read Deadly Proof. Thanks to the author and publisher for the opportunity via Net Gallery. My opinion is my own.

    Couldn't put it down!

Rachel is one of my favorite authors when it comes to Christian suspense, and this book is example of why that is. For the reader who enjoys a good legal suspense story combined with some romance, this book is one you will really enjoy. This is also a book that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is the first book in the Atlanta Justice series, and I am certainly eagerly awaiting the next book in the series. I was given a copy of this book by the author, but a favorable review was not required. The opinions expressed are my own.

    Up all night legal thriller

This novel held me in its grips right up to the end. Written by an actual trial lawyer made it so much more authentic. Imagine an upcoming trial where one side is presenting the death of a sixteen year old from a brain tumor caused by a new drug for migraines. The drug company is defending their stance that the drug is not the reason for her death but underlying health issues. How far will this drug company go to ensure their success? A scientist in the company is found murdered, the prosecuting attorney is being threatened and someone on her team is supposedly tampering with legal documents. Add into the mix a PI hired to help uncover evidence being withheld from the drug company and you have a stay up late action thriller sprinkled with enough romance to keep it very interesting. These characters were so real and I found myself caring very much about the outcome and how it would affect each one. I kept guessing about who were actually the "bad guys". And I loved how PI Landon was helped to renew his faith by lawyer Kate. These two had so much from their pasts slowing them down and hindering the way they lived their daily lives. It was great to see them let go and share their issues with each other and how Landon released his past to God and began once again letting God take control. I will certainly be looking forward to book two in this series. I received a complimentary copy of this novel from the publisher and was not required to write a review. All opinions are my own.

    Deadly suspense

Deadly Proof Rachel Dylan This pulls at your heart strings as the story of side effects of drugs is interwoven into the story. Can Kate survive the danger of taking this to trial as lead prosecutor when a target seems to be on anyone connected to the case. With Landon's help will Kate be able to get justice for the victims and find out who is behind the whistleblower's murder. If you enjoy nail biting suspense, then this is the book for you. I received an ARC from Net Galley for an honest review.
