  • Well done Nic Stone.

This is definitely raw and to the point. What a struggle the main character (Justyce McCallister) lives daily, weekly, and monthly. Certainly a rough row to hoe. My opinion of Dr. King is of overall respect but tinged with disappointment for his human flaw of infidelity. This reflection by way of Justyce's Dr. King diary has given me an added appreciation for the trials and tribulations of young African American men on a constant basis. Sure does make a person wonder how Dr. King was able to contain himself under the constant pressures of hatred.

  • Dear Martin

Could hardly wait to get back to the book! Everbody's got a story and others should always remember to look at both sides before making a judgement.

  • Great book

The book itself was great, I finished it in less than 24 hours but it was a frustrating read and an angry one at that. It's also a story that needs to be told over and over again until we all learn.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • black lives mattee

Dit boek heeft me echt aan het denken gezet. Net nadat ik het uit had was George Floyd vermoord en dit boek zou perfect het systematische racisme kunnen uitleggen aan mensen die "all lives matter" roepen en denke dat white privelege geen ding is. Ontzettnd mooi boek.

    Thanks for your feedback!
