    Deep

Assasin Rafe is working to live in the real world again, with his family, not so many friends. He isn't ready to add a woman to the mix. Still, he couldn't just ignore the car in the ravine on the deserted road. Diana. She didn't want help. Didn't trust him. Finally, let him help her. Eventually, even went with him to his place. Not at all like him. What was it about this woman? She was in danger and wouldn't let him know who or why they threatened her. Diana's plans were working. She was in the assassin's den. Now, find out more and find It. More important, don't let him know who she is and what she has planned. Neither of them is ready for the chemistry that steams between them. He really wanted to be the good guy. She really wanted to hate him. She had reason. Neither trust easily. Can there be anything real between them? Another page turner from the Malones. The guys in this agency are hot, deadly, and steamy. The women have to be strong, sassy, snarky, with a sense of humor, and up to the guy's unsurpassed stamina. This is the first of the two-parter. I'm caught in their web again and can't wait for more. Reviewed for Words Turn Me On

    Beauty takes on the Beast

As always the Malone Duo smack it out the park. Let me just say I ws expecting this to be someone else story but was pleasantly surprised to see it was about Rafe. It was Interesting to see a trained killer be taken down by one determined woman with revenge in her heart. Rafe spared Diana s life when she ached him kill her father. All Diana wanted was to get him for what he took from her. Diana put a plan in place to get close to Rafe but quickly found out the man she remembered was not the man she has gotten close too. The attraction and sexual tension between the two was extremely strong. The sex scenes between the two was hot. This story is a page turner from beginning to the end. But it was sad that they hadn't completely trusted each other yet. By the end of the book I found myself routing go their relationship but Diana has done something that Rafe may never forgive her for. I can't wait to see what happens I'm looking forward to getting to the action. I found I missed it from the gang.

    4 Hots Stars of Heat🔥🔥🔥🔥

A rip-roaring hotbed of sexy heat. The ladies are always giving us the goods. I went into this book not even realizing this was Rafe story from the Shameless series. Oh heck yeah, it's good.

I can't wait for the next book!!!!

Anyone that is familiar with my reviews knows I don't like cliffhangers!  However, since I've read books by both authors and enjoyed them so much, when they started collaborating on these books, I had to read them!  Beginning with Lucia and Noah's books, I was hooked.  The stories are so intriguing that I didn't mind that they were cliffhangers, I just couldn't wait for the next book! This story is another that ties in with the Shameless and Force books.  Many of the same characters are involved, and the Hero is one that was introduced earlier.  The heroine is new, but is someone that was known (kind of)  by the Hero, was affected by his previous occupation.  (I don't want to give away too much, but it's definitely an interesting story line!)  I was drawn in from the very beginning, and before I knew it, I was at the end! The Hero is really a good guy, but thinks he isn't.  He is trying to become the man he thinks he should be, and is turning his life around, but things (or people!) from his past keep coming back to haunt him. The heroine is a good girl, with a bad past.  She blames the Hero for everything that is bad in her life, even though they really don't know each other.  She is unable to move on with her life, and spins a web of lies to cover up her true motives.  Of course, this can't work out well for her in the end. There is so much at work in this book, so many things going on that you think you know what is going to happen, but really, you don't.  I was totally on pins and needles the entire time I was reading, and they ended the book on such a high note, that you can't help but think, "I've gotta get the next book.  I can't rest until I have it!"  I can see how amazing they could be together, but I just can't see how they can move on with everything that happened.  Of course, I though the same thing with the Shameless and Force books, and they had their HEA, so maybe there is hope!

    Intense romantic suspense

I was totally hoping that "Deep" was going to be about a different former ORUS member, but Rafe does not disappoint. The angst and suspense levels are high, and so is the heat between Rafe & Diana. The cat and mouse game in play is intriguing. The secrets both are hiding serve as a wall between them, yet the attraction they share pokes hole in that barrier. As warned, the book ends on a cliffhanger, so look out for that. I'm Team Rafe wholly & solely. I'm still trying to figure out whether I like Diana or not. I guess it's because the other two heroines were in different situations, but I find it hard to like her right now. That being said, I can't wait to read Deeper, and see how well Malone Squared deliver the conclusion to this story. I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.
