    Thanks for your feedback!

    No, I'm sorry.

I don't know if I'm missing something, but I tried to read this and was constantly distracted by the inconsistencies and the fact it was basically unbelievable. I found this book difficult to wade through considering how familiar they were with each other with no prior relationship of any sort, and because the connection they apparently had felt forced and unnatural. Overall it created the feeling the plot wasn't as important as the sex scenes. I gave up as it was too difficult to enjoy, I'm sorry.

    Sucked me right in

Enjoyed it thoroughly. I loved getting the perspective from tattoo aficionados, enjoyed the opposites attracts, the depth of the back story and the winding roads of the tale. Not at all what I was expecting...which is a little like getting a present for no reason at all. :)

    Great

Loved going on a journey with Sierra & Austin and them growing into love. Very captivating! I want to be a Montgomery!

    Good idea but lacks focus

The general background story is good. We all love big and roudy families, with lots of characters that have their own stories. Austin and Sierra make a good match, but they go from agravation to touching each other faces like minutes after apologizing for being rude to each other. But because by then you are sufficiently intrigued, it is not enough to abandon the reading. The whole Dominance/submissive thing does not control the story, even though it kind hangs in the air a bit, because despite being related to important parts of Sierra’s background, it is quickly left behind as the story develops to be hurriedly mentioned at the end. My problem with this book were all the unnecessary chapters about other characters, who had their own drama to solve. It felt rushed and unfocused, as if the author had too many ideas and didn’t know what to do with them. Usually, I prefer the story to focus on one romance per book. And it frustrated me that Miranda’s love story was broached several times, had no resolution, and it is not the main story for the following book! Carrie had no chapter of her own in this first book, so the fact that she is the next main character kind of breaks continuity, especially considering how one the last chapters was on the point of view of Miranda’s love interest.
