    Enjoyable, steamy story

Logan loved his job with Special Ops in the military. He had everything he wanted with a great job and loving wife. Until he got the news that she had been killed in an accident. When he was cleaning out her things he found out she had been cheating on him while he was deployed. He turned to liquor and women to block out the pain. This got completely out of hand when he had sex with another man's woman in the washroom. The man found out and started a fight with Logan. Logan was much bigger and had lots of anger so he wiped the floor with the man. He'd gone too far so his Master Sergeant said he had to go for therapy or get out of the military. Therapy it was. Miranda was his therapist and, unfortunately, they were attracted to each other immediately. Miranda had her work cut out for her trying to keep Logan on track and stop his sexual innuendos. He doesn't want or think he needs therapy and is happy to continue sleeping with just about every woman he meets. One-night-stands work for him since he's determined not to fall in love again so he won't get hurt. This story shows how hard it is for those returning from the military to return to their lives. Most suffer from PTSD and have trouble turning off their learned military responses. It also shows the steps we go through after a traumatic experience, whether it's war, the death of a loved one or have a major loss. Getting over these times is hard but sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and push away any help offered. This story dealt with some difficult subjects but flowed well making it easy to follow the story. Even the sex scenes where very explicit. The characters were well developed so we learned about their difficult lives.
