Deceit, Depravity & Devastation: A Beauty & the Beast trilogy

    M. J. Haag's version is a remarkable twist to a favorite fairy tale of mine. The Disney version is a sweet telling of this story with children and adults in mind. This trilogoy is an adult version, well told with true, relatable characters that are endearing, flawed, likable and detestable. The hero & heroin capture your attention from the first book, growing and faultering through their journey. What I loved about this series is that even though this tale has been told before the story was not predictable. M. J. Haag brought new life to it for me. Thank you.

So good that I want more

So, it's finally over. What a marvellous saga. I read it in a weekend and couldn't stop reading. Alec captivated me as the beast and as the man. I'm not sure I'm happy about the conclusion regarding the sisters. But everything else, oh, it's been a long time since I enjoyed a saga this much. I hope the writer has a few more retellings in mind, I know I would get them!

    Couldn’t stop reading.

Loved the book. Bought it several months ago ona whim and didn’t touch it thinking it would probably be cheesy. Read all 3 parts in 3 days. Well written, with interesting characters. I wish there was more.

    Amazing.

The conclusion of The Beastly Tales: Devastation by M.J. Haag was nothing like the title. Sure there was ruined and devastated relationships but the heart of the story was warmth, happiness, and love. The relationship dynamic and the forgiveness and growth of Alec (the Beast) and Benella was amazing to watch. I also enjoyed the relationships Benella had with the other staff of the manor. Great ending of a wonderful story. I want more!!

    Devastation M.J.Haag

I loved all three books, the story grabs you with the first page and doesn't let go until the very last page and leaves you wishing there were more books to the set.
