    Excellent

I enjoyed this one very much and I'm looking forward to meeting more of The Devil's Keepers. I'm not a huge fan of Merritt's and she and Greeley seem like an odd pair but I've met many couples that I don't really get but it works for them. I did love Greeley though. Rough and rugged biker badass to the core. He knows who and what he is and doesn't apologize for it. He wanted Merritt to stay 5 years ago but she left without looking back. Now she's returned and his desire for her hasn't changed but has she?? I would definitely recommend this one.

Coming home and facing the music

I'm not a big fan of Greeley. He's a big bully, there's no honor in being a bully. But if Merritt can put up with him, who am I to complain. It took me a bit to get into this book because I couldn't digest Greely's behavior, but I did understand where he was coming from. I'm just not the type to hold on to such extreme grudges. Anyhow, this is a raw and gritty story about returning to your roots and discovering that is where you truly belong. Second Chance at Love

Devil's Honor is a "bad boy, good girl" romance about two people getting a second chance at love. I will say that the characters in the book are kind of messed up and contradictory in their behavior. At times, the main characters seem to be as repelled by each other as they are attracted. Greeley (hero) is borderline abusive and seriously pushy. Merritt (heroine) is either being a doormat or acting out in ways that just seem childish and more adolescent than "strong woman getting her groove back," which is what she seems to be attempting to do in her own disfunctional way. By the end of the book I did buy the relationship between Greeley and Merritt and I did understand their motivations in the way they acted through out their relationship. More importantly, I enjoyed reading this book from start to finish. I received an ARC for my honest review.

    hot Louisiana

3.75stars Devils Honor is Mc romance story located in Louisiana and I must say that from the description I didn’t like the place so in a way I totally understand Merritt and her wish to run away. At first I didn’t like the story. Angry MC biker and spoiled little daddy’s princess fall in love but the princess runs away. A few years later and she come back. But so does the attraction between Merritt and Greeley (I don’t like the nick name at alll). It doesn’t take long that the thing that is haunting Merritt comes knocking at her doors. What can I say about two characters? They are well develop. Greeley I didn’t fall in love but he was likable. From the start he knew who he was and had proudly stood for his principle and the way of life. I liked that he was man enough to express his feelings to Meritt and what has he done to her body hot hot dammm hot. Merritt the first the second version I didn’t like at all, only before and after attack we see who she truly is. That she loves Louisiana and Greely. And I was glad that she had one real true friend that opened her eyes. Interesting MC read . I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

    MC Romance

The introduction to this new motorcycle club series is just what it should be. The club members and prospects are introduced, potential club troubles are alluded to and the first romance of the series is told. Joseph “Greeley” Shaw is the club’s sergeant at arms. He loves his club and has only ever really loved one other person and she left him and Lagrange, Louisiana behind to get her law degree and then work in New York. Who did he fall for? Merritt Broussard, the daughter of the only doctor in town. Merritt’s father had dreams for her that would take her away from Lagrange and also mess with her head in more ways than one. When Merritt needs a safe place to hide she decides to return to her hometown. What draws her back might be the idea she can hide or it might be Greeley – whether or not she is willing to admit it. I think the first book I read by this author was “Edge of Obsession” and I was hooked. I am just as eager to find out what will happen in the Devil’s Keepers series as I am to find out what will happen next in The Edge series. Thank you to NetGalley and Random House-Loveswept for the ARC. This is my honest review.
