    Dirty Little Dog

I must say this is a must read for everyone. For me l must say it brought back my own terrible memory's, this made it tough for me but l had to continue this very honest & well written story. This brave little girl will lead u step by step as she struggles to find herself & finally reaches adulthood. You'll ask yourself how her caregivers couldn't see her pain, but there is an answer, "it was a different time." So read Sophie's story it's very well written, & as her story nears the end she will finally have a very healing experience. And to that little girl & myself Hugs 💕

    Very apt.

The author did a very good job of relating dispassionately the events so traumatic to the child. Many of us who have been abused find it too difficult to portray emotions when telling our stories and we often come across as cold and unfeeling. Good job, Kate Skylark!

    Good read

I am glad that the author had the "nerve" to write her story. I think this is a very important story and one that is rampant around the world. I am glad she found a way to deal with her story

    DIRTY LITTLE DOG

So VERY sorry that you were abused and not protected like you should have been. I am glad that you are working on dealing with the pain you had to endure and pushing past it and also the hardest part, forgiving your Mom, not for her but fog yourself. I wish you the VERY best. Thank you for sharing your well written story.
