    5 Unfailing attraction stars

I loved reading Dirty Rich Betrayal because it was a little different the norm with regards to how the story played out. We first meet Grayson and Mia almost three years after they first got together. Their story is told in a mixture of present conversations and interactions, as well as flashbacks that fill in the important and main blanks. Their actual storyline is fast paced but feels longer because of this. Not slow or dragging lol that’s not Lisa’s style. There was and is plenty of sexual chemistry and attraction, mixed in with a healthy dose of anger on both sides. Mia left Grayson because she thought he’d betrayed her in the worst way imaginable, and went to work for his arch rival. But even so, Grayson never quite gave up believing and hoping he’d get another chance. That opportunity comes when Mia arrives unexpectedly on his Hampton’s beach mansion doorstep. He’s in trouble and Mia wanted to warn him, that’s all. No lingering glances or soft kisses. But, once there, the fierce attraction that first drew them together soon blazes back to life. Grayson know this is his final chance, he’s not about to let her run away again. They need to talk, she needs to let him explain. But that talking and explaining comes with a warning. “We will not part ways in the middle again…” “I will fight for you…” “We’re together or we both move on once and for all.” Can they really get back to  how they once were? Gah!!! I love, love, loved Grayson. This man had adoration and devotion down pat. He knew what he wanted, he’d always known but Mia was hurt by something in their past and she couldn’t ignore it at the time. But working for his enemy came with it’s own problems and dilemmas and now she has to choose. Mia is a strong woman, she was all in with Grayson, even though she harbored some reservation because he was so wealthy and her boss. She didn’t want to be seen as ‘that girl’. But, when push came to shove she knew where her loyalties and her love really lay. This was a fast, intense story with some twist and turns to keep us on our toes, it was great getting to see some old familiar faces, even if we didn’t really get to catch up on their lives now as well as getting some insight into Grayson’s friends. More on them later, maybe??? Of course the focus of story was on how they once were and could be again. But it wasn’t just sex between them, they had a whole history that was slowly shown to us. Bit’s and pieces that gave glimpses into how that all encompassing love grew and then floundered. Mia and Grayson shared some scorching hot chemistry and the sexy, sometimes snarky banter between them often came to ahead. Grayson certainly talks the dirty talk and by god, he walks the dirtiest of walks. I highly recommend this as your next read. It’s that good.

    Great second chance romance

This was a great second chance romance filled with so much passion intertwined with pain and angst along with a villain and drama that rocketed off the page. Mia and Grayson were amazing together and their pain from the events that happened a year ago was so palpable my heart clinched in agony for them. The first part was fast paced and kept me on the razor’s edge as this couple confront each other after a long separation. I absolutely loved how their story slowly unfolded and the anticipation of each new tidbit was sweet pain. However, once the past is completely revealed, it did lose a bit of its spark and I found it to be a bit repetitive. The fact that Mia and Grayson were so deeply in love was never in question though, even while they lived through months of feeling betrayed. The whole premise of this story is what caused their separation. How could they repair the damage and move forward with their relationship? They both realized that their new “them” included recognizing their flaws. They were not perfect despite their perfect love and this new view point made what they felt all the sweeter. The pacing here was fast and agonizing until they are reunited completely at which time the pacing seemed to slow. There is a great cast of secondary characters, some from previous books, some that will eventually get their own. The heat level is pretty intense and reflected the emotions this couple felt. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

A great story to add to the Dirty Rich series!

I am over the moon with the Dirty Rich series, and Dirty Rich Betrayal takes the cake. Mia and Grayson are a dynamic couple. The hurt from the past still cuts deep for these two. You can feel their emotions and passions with the words LRJ's conveys. The thrilling ride we go on with our hopes that everyone comes out alive. The heat factor is a given and extremely hot! The chemistry between Mia and Grayson will be felt through your veins. Dirty Rich Betrayal is my favorite so far and the series are an addiction I am happy to have. A top series that I will read over and over.

    Heartbreaking, dirty and heated ...

When walking through a minefield one has to be on full alert. One wrong move and danger is instantly upon you. Dirty Rich Betrayal is the equivalent of said minefield and Grayson and Mia's relationship could prove to be it's casualty. Jones guides readers through broken hearts, endless betrayals and secret agendas. Can love survive a never-ending battlefield? How can there ever be love, if neither is able to trust? Betrayal is the anatomy of what leads to a broken heart, but at the core of this story is how to repair the damage. Mia and Grayson are an explosive road map to the beginnings a second chance. It's heartbreaking, dirty and heated but after the storm, blue skies await.

    Loved Grayson!!!

The first time Mia meets Grayson, she literally runs into him in the middle of his families law practice she just joined. He's smitten right off the bat and pursues her. Mia hesitates because she doesn't want to be known as sleeping her way to the top. This story actually begins after their relationship is over and they have been separated for one year. We know there has been a betrayal but not the details. The layout of this story is a bit different. It toggles back and forth between present and past and doesn't stay in chronological order when doing it. It worked because the author revealed pieces to their relationship in a strategic way and we learn things aren't what they seem. I'm pretty much in love with Grayson. I love a man who knows what he wants and goes after it. He is the biggest reason I loved this book. Mia was a bit harder. I didn't dislike her, but his money was a big factor in their story. She worried too much that she would be perceived as being with him for it. The threat to Grayson made for an exciting storyline and also gave us more of the Walker Security guys. It does end on a HFN but there are plans for a novella. I'm looking forward to seeing these two plan their future. ARC provided by author.
