    Distraction

It was not as good as the other two books in this series. I think if we read about his feelings a bit more before they ended up in a relationship it wouldn't have felt like a huge chunk of the book was missing. Also, the romantic in me didn't enjoy the way her first time played out.

    A-freakin-mazing!!

Every ARR book is a one-click, must-buy, and read immediately for me!! ARR never lets me down and Distraction was everything I anticipated it to be. Sven and Mags were great together she was funny and not a pushover in the slightest while Sven was the alpha-male that we all love from ARR

fun, romantic, fast and steamy read

"Perfect is unattainable and an unrealistic expectation. No one is perfect, and if you think they are, you will be let down when you see they are flawed, just like everyone else." The blurb sounds promising, and it is Aurora Rose Reynolds – so I knew I just have to read this one. Their first meeting was pretty much unforgettable. Here comes Maggie, in pajamas, getting some justice for what happened to her sister in Sven’s club. Sven got intrigued about her, and went with the suggestion from his team to employ her. What I love about this book are the characters. Maggie is a great heroine. She’s not helpless, she’s brave, witty and pretty much can hold up on her own. She’s an amazing sister, and despite her sister’s failure, she’s willing to look past through it and give her sister one chance after the other. She doesn’t give up on her. As for Sven, he’s one hot alpha male who knows how to take care of his woman in and out of bed. Their chemistry was pretty much off the charts ever since their first meeting. I love how their relationship turned out – I love their banters. Perhaps everything about their relationship, except for that one missing important night of their lives which I think deserved more than missing patches of memories. Aw. I would have love if we are given some flashbacks. Although I have some issues with the storyline, some might felt a little rush and some skips – it was still an enjoyable read that I finished in one sitting. If you love some fun, romantic, fast and steamy read, Aurora Rose Reynolds is the one for you.

Not quite underground but still good

After seeing glimpses of these two in previous books, the story really didn't play out as I expected. Even so, it was actually a lot better, because I truly expected Sven to be more of a jerk, and he really wasn't, so win! How these two met, perfect, and Maggie was near perfection in her actions and reactions to Sven. He was so sweet with her, and it was all so foreign to him, he stumbled a lot. There was a tonne of chemistry between them, but, when they actually got together, that lost the one star for me. If Sven was so in tune with Maggie, he would have realized a problem. That scene could have played out differently with the same effect, for me at least Loved Maggie's parents, especially her dad, and how he interacted with Sven. All in all, it had a different feel than the other two books in the series, less of a dark cloud around it, but was still a great read

    I've been waiting for Sven

Okay, I’m not going to lie here, I’ve been waiting for Sven. He’s was always so mysterious in everyone else’s story. So when we were told his would be coming soon, I was super excited. I couldn’t wait to see the kind of girl who could tame him. I also couldn’t wait to see how he would treat that girl. I didn’t expect Maggie. She’s a bit of a contradiction, really. One minute she’s feisty and fierce, the next minute you get a glimpse at her insecurities. She’s a persistent little thing, I will say that. I don’t want to give away the story, but there are things about her that surprise me. So, opening scene, you’re immediately thinking-Sven. Whadda douche!- No joke. But if you’ve been keeping up with the Until series as well as Underground Kings, you know Sven is who he is. He makes no excuses, and he doesn’t have to. That is part of the reason I’ve been dying to get my hands on his story. It was actually quite entertaining to watch him fall in love. Okay, these two, from the very beginning you can see their chemistry. Of course, with most stories of love, there will be misunderstandings. There will be issues. And that ending….Woah! I would definitely recommend this book if you enjoy the Alpha males and their feisty women. Time to see for yourself if these two make it to the over the hurdles finish line.
