  • Thank you!!!

First book I've read in a long time that has a believable female protagonist who thinks about things other than boys. Amy has a lot on her plate, and as the bad piles up, she just keeps on fighting. Very original retelling of Oz - definitely not the one from the movie! A YA book that does more than grow up, but questions the entire process, as well as the benefits of so-called adulthood. Very readable writing style: fast action and wondrous descriptions. Highly recommended. Enjoy the series

  • Dorothy Must Die

I went back to Oz, in a rather odd way, but thouroughly enjoyed the journey. The title is kind of a spoiler, but this title had shown up enough for me that I was curious, and I wasn't disappointed, so now I need to read the whole series. And to think "Twilight" became a hit ?

  • Revolution and Oz

This book was amazing, spectacular. I recently finished the paperback version and loved it, could not put it down. It ended with a massive cliffhanger and I cannot wait for the next book to come out! The characters are unique and preternatural, but it's Oz, right? A huge round of applause for Danielle Paige!

  • So much fun

This was such a fun read. At first I couldn't really relate to the main character, but being outsiders visiting Oz for the first time together can really attach you to a character. My favourite bit was the goth munchkins. That was seriously an awesome touch. I picked up the next book in the series right away because I had to fund out what was next. Good cliffhanger.
