  • This was a fun read!

This was a fun read! "Dream Big, Stella" by Ashley Farley is a book that has it all. There was mystery, romance, relocation, kidnapping, criminal activity, health scares and best of all a renovation on a former 5 ⭐ inn with a hunky builder. What could be better that that? I love Stella. She is a young woman from New York City and is always losing her job for one reason or another. When she inherits the inn from her unknown father, she steps up to the plate and finds her spunk. As with any good book there are characters you love and like and don't like. There is a woman we would all love to know and a cute little girl to fall in love with. Oh! Don't forget the hunky builder! There is a lot going on in the book and it keeps you turning those pages. Now that I'm done, I'm totally looking forward to book two and three. This is going to be a three book series and I'm positive the we are going to be left wanting more. Keep your eye out for this one to release September 1st. In fact, pre-order it now! You'll be happy you did. I received a copy of this book from the author for a fair and honest review. Thank you Ashley Farley!

  • Impossible to put down!

DREAM BIG, STELLA! by Ashley Farley kept me entranced from the first word. It begins when Stella Boor, the protagonist, is notified that she has inherited a farm from her father whom she never knew. Needing a new adventure after a disappointing job history, Stella moves from New York to Hope Springs Farm in Virginia, where she plans to use her background in the hospitality business to restore the farm to a thriving inn and recreational destination. This book is one that is impossible to put down. It is a roller coaster of betrayals, resentment, dysfunctional family issues and suspense, with shocking surprises around every corner. Just when you think it’s safe to sit back and relax, the ground drops out from under you once again! I highly recommend this book and eagerly await her next one in the series. Thank you to Ashley Farley for the opportunity to honestly review this ARC. All opinions are my own.

  • Learning what your capable of.

Another amazing story by Ashley Farley. As I started reading the book, I said this was my kind of book. When it seems like you have lost everything something wonderful appears. Well. I was in for a surprise and as many books, as I have read that Ashley wrote I should have expected some twists and turns. But Ashley once again has taken us on a roller coaster ride that has me reading along and loving the slow life when bam, there is an unexpected plot twist. Stella was a young woman who thought of herself as a screw-up but boy did she learn fast what she was capable of. It was fun watching her take charge and discover just who she was. I mean this as a compliment but it is amazing to see how Ashley's mind works. She has never disappointed me.

  • SECRETS, LIES & ALIBIS!

DREAM BIG, STELLA! is the introductory release of Ashley Farley’s new Hope Springs Series and it is chock full of Secrets, Lies and Alibis! Farley has firmly established herself as one of the top authors of Women’s Fiction. This new release proves she has not grown complacent with her writing style, character type or plot. She is not afraid to write about the real problems that families deal with (whether they will admit to them or not) and therefore helps readers to feel like their families may not be so different after all. This is the story of Stella Boor, a New Yorker who is attempting to have a career in Hotel Management. So far, her career has been a series of setbacks. Her family life is unusual as she has been brought up by two Moms and has been repeatedly told that her father was a sperm donor. Except, he’s not! He’s rock legend Billy Jameson and he’s left her a Historic Inn and Farm. She must stay there and run it for Three Years before she can sell it (estimated worth $20 million dollars!!!) Once Stella gets to Hope Springs, she discovers that NOTHING is as it seems. She senses a conspiracy around her but she just cannot quite put her finger on what’s going on. Soon Stella is buried in Renovation Plans for the Inn & surrounding areas and she has never felt more alive in her life! Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she and her contractor had instant chemistry and then formed a friendship before they decided to take things to a deeper level. Stella meets the most amazing woman, Opal, who inspires her to be her best. So much good is happening until a crisis occurs which brings about the trickling of the truth. Stella will be the one who has to take each layer of the Secrets, Lies and Alibis and sift through them and decide who to believe, who made the decisions to keep her in the darkness and why everyone blames someone else. And — maybe after all is said and done, she will find find her one and only true love in the process. I was provided a complimentary copy of this book by Leisure Time Books. The opinions expressed here are completely my own and without influence.
