    Dun Lady's Jess

This may be a young adult novel, but I loved it - particularly the parts dealing with the emotional upheaval of changing from horse to human and then back again. Would loved to have that explored a little more in depth - the awkwardness of bodily form changes as well as the thinking, decision making process differences between human and equine brains. Overall, a fun read!!!

    Horse person for sure

Enjoyed this story very much. Great characters good backstory loved it all. Raised around horses and Jess's behavior as a horse was absolutely spot on. Lots of fun, love story and all around good read.

    Yup, really liked it.

Not the perfect novel but a better one. I'm not looking forward to the others in the series because when there's too much magic around you start asking yourself questions that the author would cringe at. That and sometimes supporting characters stay two dimensional and show the weakness in the writing. Sort of like going driving on a thick layer of ice and a thin layer of snow on top; you'll be sure to either get into accident, or see one, or both; mainly you'll regret the short lived thrill.
