    I Loved It

I love these characters its like they have become a part of you and you cant let them go,my emotions are all over the place and the writing is beyond amazing with the detail and description of the characters and scenes are so well done its like your watching from the side lines cheering them on. I adored Smith and when he took C under his wing to make her the best thing ever I loved every moment and her foul mouth was perfect it brought a lot of humor to the story and it was real, and they completed each other in a way no one else could and it was beautiful.

    loved it!

Whoa, I loved this book!! We find out how Camille becomes C, the deadly, tough assasin from Lethal Lies. It's raw, brutal and oh so good. But wow, Smith.....the man who sees her sass and determination, takes her in and trains her. That man phew, hot or what!🔥 I totally fell in love with this character, he's cold calculating, absolutely lethal, a devastating angel of death, but C is just what he needs. I loved the slow burn and how he finds his humanity again as C channels her strength and learns to deal with the hell she's been through. They put each others broken bits back together in the most enthralling way. Hearts and flowers it absolutely isn't, but that's not the only way to love, sometimes it's dark and brutal but no less passionate. You broke my heart Jennifer Bene, but I still love you for it. 5 dark, revenge is sweet stars 🖤

    A captivating read

This was written after Lethal Sin but I'm reading them 'in order' as it were. I don't think reading order makes a difference, though perhaps I would have been a little more prepared for this story. This is a difficult book to pigeon hole and, to be honest, trying to put it in a slot doesn't do it justice. This story has so many different facets to it that meld together into one amazing read. I loved both C and Smith. Neither is a conventional romance character, and they are both certainly messed up. However I wouldn't have changed a single thing about either of them, they both drew me into the story in different ways but together made this a really wonderful read. It often wasn't an easy read, and it certainly packed an emotional punch, I enjoyed it from start to finish. The plot moves along at a fast pace, and though I wasn't too sure where it was heading at times I was totally enthralled and captivated by it. I will definitely be reading Lethal Sin as soon as possible.

    Great Preque

OMG! This book was great. It is a prequel to Lethal Sins. Giving you incite to how Camille ended up where she was. She had a hard life. Then she met Smith. He took her under his wing and taught her everything he knew. She became a killing machine. She had an agenda, to kill the men that had taken her and used her. One by one she accomplishes that. But in the mean time Smith and Camille show the feelings that they have for each other. Then the unthinkable happens and leaves Camille devastated. But she gets revenge again. To tell the truth at a point I was crying and needed several tissues. But in the end Camille comes out shining. Then the sh_t hits the fan and then Lethal Sins picks up. You will not be disappointed in this book. A must read!

    Birth of an assassin

Jennifer Bene’s “Early Sins” gives us an indepth view and understanding of what drives C and it was grand fun watching her fight her way through Smith’s training. I swear, I felt every bruise. And then when the two of them finally got together, it was exhilarating and heartbreaking.
