    Sound and practical theory!

    This books was a very interest read. Her theory was sound and practical. Someone following the instructions given in this book should be able to lose weight in an efficient manner.

    Book that will make your life easier...

    Eating Healthy food without compromising the taste is what I loved about it. A Must Read book. I am living in India and I would recommend this book to my Indian Friends too.

    Easy to stay on because little change required

    This diet is the best! Easy. Fast results. Can go on and off, in fact, in the free newsletter that you can subscribe to after reading the book, Solis recommends going on and off the diet regularly to keepP up yourP sensitivity to the main ingredientsdid. Remarkable results and Pvery simple to follow becoause can keep eating the way I did before. I only have to add in one thing here and there.

    Love this diet!

    This book is full of great information! Simply adding a few spices to your diet will speed up your metabolism and trim your waistline. Crazy how it works! Living in the southern US, my palate is no stranger to spicy food, so this diet is perfect for me. You just have to make sure you avoid certain foods when you eat the spicy ones. Great work by Alessandra Solis!
