    Wonderful chemistry!

I had a good time with this audiobook. This was a nice quick romance that really grabbed me from the very start. I really didn't want to stop listening and couldn't wait to see Jana and Hunter figure things out. This is the eighth book in the Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers series but it read absolutely fine as a stand alone. Addison Cole's books are the sweet with heat versions of some of Melissa Foster's books. This book is the sweeter version of Seaside Embrace and I found that there were still quite a few steamy scenes to keep things interesting. I am glad that I decided to give this book a try. This book starts with a bang! At the start of this book we find Jana and Hunter in a morning after situation. They have hooked up a few times but Jana is in a hurry to get out the door. Jana is a very busy woman. She works as a dance instructor, waitress, and trains as a boxer. Hunter is an artist and makes metal sculptures. Neither Hunter or Jana do relationships. Hunter decides that he wants something more from Jana and makes an effort to be romantic. It was fun watching Jana try to figure out what was going on while Hunter was trying to determine his next move. These two really had a lot of chemistry and seemed perfect for each other. Their personalities meshed almost perfectly. Hunter was so patient with Jana as she worked through some of her issues. Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell did a great job with the audio. I really liked the fact that this book used dual narrators to tell the story since I think that works best with dual point of view stories. I think that both of the narrators did a great job with the voices of a somewhat large cast of characters and brought a lot of emotion to the story. I wouldn't hesitate to listen to either of these narrators again in the future. I would recommend this book to fans of contemporary romance. This was a great romance between two characters that I couldn't wait to watch find their happily ever after with each other. I found this book to have plenty of heat along with some scenes that melted my heart. I cannot wait to read more of Addison Cole's work in the future. I received a copy of this audiobook from the author / publicist.

Its a challenging time at Seaside!

Jana and Hunter have had a teasing relationship with the occasional hook up. Both shy away from a full relationship. All that is set to change when Jana tells Hunter he wouldn’t know how to romance a girl. This is one challenge Hunter will pull out all the stops to win. For me this was a fun and flirty read and a great addition to the seaside series.

    LOVED IT

I love returning to the Seaside Gang. Jana is a strong woman. Hunter is as sexy as heck. They were secretly hooking up for 6 months. They were actually committed to each other, however, neither one knew it. Melissa NEVER disappoints, Embraced at Seaside is such a sweet story. I highly recommend it. This book has a HEA with no cliffhangers.

Lovers to friends to Soulmates......Loved it !

Usually a love life follows somehow a regular path; a look, a flirt, a date, a bond that makes lovers sometimes soulmates. But, what if we got it all wrong? Jana Gardner has a hectic busy life but she loves it. She has a passion for dancing, acting on stage and boxing. She teaches dance classes and pretty much runs the studio where she is employed. All she needs besides her busy schedule is fun time, a fierce lover with no strings attached; no time nor desire for a complicated love life. Hunter Lacroux is a talented artist that owns a shop with his brother. He is a sexy strong charming A- listed lover that loves women. No matters of the heart are in his plans; he takes and leaves. When the two collided, they found their perfect match; all fun, all sex and no funny feelings or any commitments. Both their worlds revolve around their friends, family, passion for their jobs and an insatiable sex drive. But what happens when you’re all hot and bothered over each other and then suddenly your heart plays tricks on your mind and mingles with your fun time? Once again Addison brings us to the dreamy life at the Cape and I was happy to get a glimpse of how the lives of the Seaside Girls had change. As I read along I couldn’t stop myself from being excited and curious about how Jana and Hunter were to react as their worlds got turn upside down. Can’t wait for Grayson and Parker’s story!

    Love conquers all

This was the story of Hunter and Jana. Hunter is an amazingly talented artist who works with his brother making custom metal sculptures. Hunter has always been a player. He’s never been a one woman kind of guy and he doesn’t do relationships. Then there’s Jana. She was hurt by guys she dated when she was younger and has decided that she’s not cut out for relationships. She likes to live life to the fullest. She loves her job as a dance instructor, she enjoys boxing with her brother, and she misses her time at the theatre and hopes to get back to it someday. With everything going on in her life, the last thing she has time for is men. But for some reason, whenever Jana and all her friends get together, including Hunter, she always ends up going home with Hunter. They start off bickering over just about any topic, but end up tearing up the sheets by the end of the night! Over time, Hunter realizes that Jana is different than anyone else he’s ever known and that his feelings for her are more than just friendship. Jana doesn’t make it easy for him though. She’s so worried about getting in a relationship and having it end badly, that she fights Hunter at every turn. But Hunter doesn’t give up easily. He realizes that what they have is worth fighting for. This was such a great story. The relationships between not only Jana and Hunter, but all their siblings and friends, was sweet, sexy, and a whole lot of sass all rolled into one. I would definitely recommend reading this book. You’ll probably want to read the whole series when you’re done! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
