    Thanks for your feedback!

    Fantastic

OMG! Every woman needs a Hunter Knox in their life!! He's sexy, passionate, dedicated and has a heart so big it makes you cry. Paramedic Hunter Knox can't help it. Helping people isn't just what he does, it's part of who he is. His real goal though is getting into medical school and becoming a doctor. He can't let anything distract him - this time!! If it wasn't for bad luck it would seem that Madison Foley had no luck at all. Her ex not only ran off when he found out Madison was pregnant, he came back and robbed her of everything she had worked so hard to save. She's determined to make it on her own though. She has to. Not only for herself but for her baby as well. You absolutely want to treat yourself to this great read! It's not quite as sizzling as some of Samanthe Beck's books but it has plenty of sexy times. The slow build of the relationship between Hunter and Madison is wonderful and their story will completely entertain you.

    Emergency Delivery (Samanthe Beck)

Have absolutely enjoyed all of Samanthe Beck's books so far ... but Emergency Delivery is one of her best yet - filled with humor, hot sexy scenes, and absolutely wonderful story line ... in fact 'Love Emergency' is shaping up to be her best series!

    Sweet and sexy story!

When paramedic Hunter encounters a pregnant woman going into labour at a roadside crash, he's got his hands full, but successfully helps her deliver her new baby. He can't get the woman out of his mind though, and when she turns up in hospital again a month later, this time he's determined to make sure that she's okay. I loved this story! I'm a sucker for guys playing the hero, especially when it comes to women in dire straights. But just because Madison is having a tough time of it now, doesn't mean she's a pushover. She's down on her luck is all, and while she's desperately trying to make it on her own, any woman who's had a baby knows how hard it can be without any help. It's no surprise that Madison ends up anemic and in the hospital with her newborn baby, seeing as she's exhausted, malnourished, and spending all her energy caring for Joy. I liked Madison's character a lot, knowing that she's fighting for the best chance for her and her daughter, even though she seems to be losing that battle at first. She accepts Hunter's help because she knows it's the right thing to do for her and the baby, though gradually her feelings for him become deeper than just friendship and gratitude. Hunter is the proverbial hero indeed. First he helps deliver Madison's baby, then he's her would-be rescuer when she's got nowhere else to turn, offering a room in his home while she regains her health and gets back on her feet. It's true that it goes beyond his job as a paramedic, and it's also true that Hunter has a bit of a saviour complex, the need to provide assurance to his patients, and himself that all will be well. But in this case, it makes him a swoony romantic hero indeed! Taking in Madison and her baby, buying her the things she needs, caring for them both - who wouldn't fall in love with someone like that. (Of course, the fact that he's a handsome, sexy guy doesn't hurt either). Hunter is wonderful with the baby too, taking the place of her absentee father complete with middle of the night rocking and diaper changes. The attraction between Hunter and Madison is no surprise, being both single, attractive and friendly people, but what I really appreciated was the care Hunter took with Madison, being a new mother. There is no slam, bam, thank you ma'am happening her, just thoughtful, careful and sexy scenes as they connect on an intimate level when Madison's doctor gives her the a-okay. The conflict is two-fold. There's the problem with Madison's ex and his addictions resulting in some bad decisions on his part, decisions that affect Madison and her safety. So we do get a bit of action and suspense in the story. The other conflict is their plans for the future - while Madison is grateful to Hunter, she doesn't want to be his charity case and questions whether his apparent feelings for her are real. And Hunter knows that if he gets into med school it's going to mean long hours and intense studying with no time for distractions. It's up to both of them to decide whether moving forward into a committed relationship is compatible with their desires for the future. It's a sexy, and sweet love story. 4.5 stars

    Loved this feel good story!

Emergency Delivery is book #2 in Samanthe Beck’s Love Emergency series but can be read as a standalone book. Hunter Knox has a problem of trying to “rescue” everyone he can. He is a paramedic working the rounds until he can get accepted in to med school. When he was 19, Hunter threw all his hopes and dreams away when he girlfriend at the time told him she was pregnant. Determined to do right by her, they immediately and secretly got married and things fell apart from there. Hunter is determined to make things work out this time and he is not letting anything stand in his way. Madison Foley’s life has been one giant mistake after another. Her last mistake has her fleeing her home to go to Atlanta with her then boyfriend only to find herself pregnant and alone when said boyfriend became a lying and cheating douche bag. To close out her great year she has now found herself on the side on the interstate on New Year’s Eve going into labor three weeks early. Luckily for her, a super hero was on her way to save her and her baby, in the form of sexy paramedic Hunter Knox. Hunter doesn’t know why he can’t get his mind of Madison or her new baby girl Joy. When he learns the new mother has hit another bump in the road he is flying in to say the day again. This time, he isn’t sure he can let either one of them leave. I really enjoyed this story. Hunter and Madison had such great chemistry together and I loved how much he adored Joy. This was a feel good love story that left me smiling at the end. I received an eARC of this book compliments of the publisher in exchange for my honest review and opinion. All ratings and opinions stated are my own.
