    End of the Innocence

Just Wow! This is truly an incredible exploration of the effects of social media and cyber bullying on individuals. Kelly has had a secret crush on Brad since their time at football camp. Brad had rejected Kelly out of his own fear of exposure, and started dating the hottest girls, hot because he saw anything in them, but because it was expected. Enter Kyle and Brad's life spins. Kelly goes at Kyle jealously trying to keep him from Brad. Suddenly Brad and Kyle are an item and Kelly has missed his chance. The Party is an annual event Kelly hosts at his house when his parents are away. The Party has always been for the in crowd and Brad isn't sure he's still welcome, he knows Kyle would not be, so they devise a plan. Kelly has ticked off way to many people and in a moment of weakness he divulges his secret to Kyle unaware that one of his victims captures it on video. Once it hits the Internet Kelly's world spirals out of control. Kelly needs help but will anyone besides Kyle see this? A real page turner and a very important lesson for parents and teachers everywhere.

    Meaningful

The book is incredible but to really see the value of the story you have to think long and hard about the content. This wasnt a book for me, but a life lesson.

    A real tour de force

With this book you get a story written by someone who has no qualms challenging his readers (in the best way) and treating them as thinking beings. It may not be the easiest read, as Mr. Goode breaks with the rules of this genre on several levels, but that makes this book so good, a real story, warts and all, not just readers expectations decorated with lots of spectacular icings, but forcing the reader to take a closer look and then confront him with situations outside of his comfort zone. Spectacular!
